How to wear a mask properly?

Who would have thought that face masks will become a big part of our life nowadays? Not many of us! And it looks like we will be wearing medical masks for a while. Health experts says people should wear masks in public in situations where physical distancing is impossible.

How to wear a mask?

There are 5 basic steps in wearing mask:

1)Determine which side of the mask is the front.

2)Hold the mask by the ear loops.

3)Pinch a stiff edge to the shape of your nose.

4)Change mask every 2-3 hours.

5)Make sure you do not touch the front of the mask when changing.

We all know that frontline health workers are exposed to the deadly COVID-19 virus in every moment of their day. Now, the least we can do for them is to wear a mask to slow the spread of virus.
