Hospitality Emporium (the eCommerce site of Dolly Worldwide Trades Inc) strives to provide the best possible products and services to our customers. It is to be noted Hospitality Emporium is our trade name and Dolly Worldwide Trades Inc. continues to be our legal entity name. Any legal documents or invoices sent to customers will bear the legal name Hospitality Emporium, a company of Dolly Worldwide Trades Inc. Any and all payments to Hospitality Emporium should continue to be made payable to Dolly Worldwide Trades Inc.
Prices and Product Specifications:
Prices shown in this catalogue are effective as of its printing date and appear solely as a guide and are subject to change. Price sensitive items always have current pricing on your hospitalityemporium.com /.ca account. Hospitality Emporium reserves the right to update prices and product specifications at any time without notice. Products may be discontinued without notice and we reserve the right to replace the item with comparable substitution of equal or greater value. We do our best to ensure accuracy, however errors may occur and we regret any inconvenience that errors may cause. Hospitality Emporium assumes no liability for damages resulting from the use of products. All prices quoted excludes applicable taxes.
To Canada & USA only:
All small to regular size parcel shipments to Canada & USA only are executed through Canada Post, Greyhound Courier Express, UPS or FedEx services, whomsoever is the most economical & reliable carriers for the route. You can also check the average shipping cost (depending upon the dimension & weight of the package as well as delivery location) online. All the bigger shipments & skid’s load are moved by local trucking company to all over the Canada & USA. We always strive to provide the most economical shipping to our clients. On the other hand, we respect client’s priority of business and for any shipment; clients always have a choice to use their own account of preferred parcel carrier / pick-ups for any local or long distance delivery at no additional charge.
To our international customers (other than Canada & USA):
We will ship to any country in the world, provided with 100%advance payment in the form of Credit Card/ Money Order/ Cashier’s Check/ PayPal or Wire Transfer. Also International clients are responsible to use their own account of preferred carrier, to move their parcels. We’ll confirm the dispatch with copy of original Bill Of Lading but we’ll not be responsible for the tracking of the shipment.
Product Picture on Hospitality Emporium:
Occasionally products picture on hospitality Emporium eCommerce site might not resemble exactly same as the product delivered as it solely manufacturer responsibility to upload correct picture.
Terms are Net 30 from the Date of Invoice. An invoice will be delivered with the shipped product. For other billing options please contact our accounts receivable at 1-888-553-6559 option 2 or email firstname.lastname@example.org A late payment charge will be applied at the rate of 2% per month on all overdue amounts, with an annual rate of 24%. The Confidential Credit Application form must be completed, and all information requested is required to open a credit account.
Customers who have not established an account must use a credit card when placing orders. Hospitality Emporium delivery drivers, for their personal safety, are not authorized to accept payment, and therefore C.O.D. orders are not accepted.
Dolly Worldwide Trades Inc. do value complete customer satisfaction and return or defective claim on items has to be reported within 30 days from the date of invoice of sale, applicable to minimum restocking fee. No products can be returned without receiving RMA # (Return Material Authorization) from our customer care. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. All RMA freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any unauthorized return or collect shipments will be refused at our location
Customized (printed/ Embroidered) goods, washed or altered products are NOT returnable under any circumstances as they cannot be resold. It’s very important that the product is returned in its original packing only within 30 days of purchase.
Customer must contact the customer service at 1-888 553 6559 at the earliest from date of receipt of goods and obtain authorization before returning product so we can determine the originality of defect and if any restocking fee is applicable. Also we’ll advise you in advance, where to ship the goods for return. Please don't assume all products originate from our address only as we drop ship many products from other locations. If you ship the product to our head office without your return confirmation and again we have to reroute the shipment to its original location, additional freight charges may be applied against your credit for the return.
Please note, we do not consider a product defective if there are loose threads that are part of the manufacturing process and can be easily cut off without altering the originality of the product. In no event shall Hospitality Emporium’s liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for damages arising out of, or relating to, a breach of the above express warranty or the sales, delivery, use or performance of the product exceeding the purchase price of the product.
All credit claims for damaged products, sales errors and short shipments should be requested immediately after receiving and verifying your order and no later than 10 business days from invoice date. All requests for proof of delivery must be received within 60 days of the invoice date
Special order items are not returnable other than those that are defective. Special orders that have not been shipped may only be cancelled subject to approval.
All products available can be customized either by printing or embroidery with regard to style, color and size. Please call for additional information.
Embroidered or Printed goods are not returnable or refundable. Local customization done at our warehouse has no quantity restrictions but requires minimum of 7-10 lead time. Logo/Signature digitization/vectorization charges will apply as per quotations provided. Bulk quantity customization is more prices effective, if done overseas. Minimum quantity applies a minimum lead time required is 10-12 weeks from approval of sample. Please call for a quote.
